With the weather outside getting colder, areas golfers can extend their season and practice their swings at Brantford’s only indoor driving range. LL Sports Turf, located at 101 Wayne Gretzky Parkway in the Access Storage Sports and Entertainment Complex, officially reopened on October 6. With a driving range that features 37 yards to the back net and stretches approximately 32 feet high, it’s a great way to see the flight of the ball and practice your drives during those cold winter months.
Indoor driving ranges are an excellent option for amateurs and seasoned golfers who are looking to practice and keep their skills up. It might not be the same as playing outdoors, but it’s a fun way to work on your swing during the off season and get prepared for the outdoor courses next spring.
The range is currently open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with the last bucket sold 30 minutes before closing.
Prices for a bucket of golf balls (HST included) are:
Large - $10.00
Medium - $8.00
