Grant research has never been more easy or fun!
Do you work in the world of charitable support or are you thinking about starting a not-for-profit project or organization?
Looking for funding can seem overwhelming, whether you’re an established organization, or brand new. That’s where Grant Connect comes in. Grant Connect helps to find funding through their remarkable search tool allowing users to utilize thousands of search criteria, including 500 specific causes, 7,000 cities and towns, and 31 types of support. It offers four dynamic searches: Funder Search, Quick Look-up, Gift Explorer, and People Seeker. You can filter data by year, sector, gift size, or province to allow for highly targeted results.
Premium users can also use the interactive google map to display exact locations of gift recipients, colour-coded by sector.
Users have access to unparalleled data available in Canada providing a detailed profile for each listed funder. In-house trained staff researches multiple data sources to provide up-to-date, accurate and relevant information. Unlike other similar products available, all data is verified and packaged so that no further research is required to do on your own.
Seeing as funder research is only one step in the fundraising process, Grant Connect also offers relationship management tools to control your entire funder pipeline—from prospect identification to the stewardship of a successful grant. It also contains in-depth grant program breakdowns, multiple years of financial and giving history, detailed application guidelines (including upcoming deadlines and application turnaround time), hundreds of biographies for notable individuals, as well as important publications and media.
Grant Connect is by membership only, however it is available to use at the Brantford Public Library with your library card, which is free to Brantford Residents!
